Splash Into Fun At SeaWorld Orlando

Orlando, Florida - Review Experience

The Voyage Begins...

SeaWorld Orlando is an aquatic themed park that offers plenty of family fun for people of all ages. There are shows, rides, places to eat, and tons of great attractions just waiting to be explored!

Shows

The most popular show at SeaWorld Orlando is undoubtedly the one dedicate to their killer whale, named Shamu. You and your family can sit back and watch these majestic creatures as they interact with their divers and perform tricks that will delight the entire family. If you'd like, you can even sit close enough to the tank so that you get splashed when Shamu jumps up out of the water in his seven million gallon home!

Besides Shamu, there are plenty of other unique live attraction shows to capture your attention. You can check out the whales and dolphins, sea lions, or water-themed acrobatics very similar to Cirque de Soleil.

Rides

You can take a turn on one of two fast-paced roller coasters if you want a real thrill. Kraken is a floor-less roller coaster themed after the legendary sea monster by the same name. Manta is a flying roller coaster which also features an aquarium exhibit as part of the ride. Sky Tower offers its own thrill, with a 400-foot drop that will get your heart pumping.

Journey To Atlantis is an indoor boat ride that allows you to believe you have really traveled to the mythical land of Atlantis. Shamu Express is a cute family coaster with cars that look like the famous killer whale.  There is also a balloon-tower styled ride called Jazzy Jellies, an undersea themed carousel, and numerous other family-friendly rides.

Food

Whether you are looking for a seated restaurant or a quick-service meal, you can find exactly what you are looking for during your SeaWorld Orlando trip. You can dine with the famous Shamu, feast  in an aquarium setting filled with sharks, hit up a buffet, and much more.

For the budget conscious families, the theme park also offers a unique all-day dining package that starts at just $35 for adults and $20 for children. You can eat your fill at any of the participating locations, right up until they close. Participating restaurants include Voyager's Smokehouse, Seaport Pizza, Terrace Garden Buffet, The Spice Mill, Seafire Inn, and Mango Joes.

Other Attractions

If you prefer something more laid back, feel free to head on over to the Bayside Stadium to see numerous musical performances. Sometimes there are even fireworks displays for you to watch!

A trip to SeaWorld wouldn't be complete without taking a look at the many animal attractions the theme park has to offer. You can see sharks, stingrays, barracuda, venomous fish, sea lions, seals, dolphins, flamingos, whales, polar bears, and pelicans.
