Universal Studios Florida, Universal’s Islands of Adventure and Universal CityWalk are open daily. Universal’s Volcano Bay is closed and will reopen on February 27th from its seasonal closure. Due to increased demand while we limit attendance as part of our enhanced procedures, parks may reach capacity more quickly at times throughout the year and entry to the parks may be limited or unavailable for the day of visit at times throughout the year. The first thing you'll notice when you step inside is the goblin behind the counter. Ask him a question and see what he has to say. Afterwards, you can trade your U.S. currency for Gringotts™ bank notes in $10 or $20 denominations.
The bank notes can be used for purchases within Diagon Alley™ and Hogsmeade™, and at select locations throughout Universal Orlando Resort™. Any unused wizard money can be transferred back into U.S. currency at the Guest Services office in either Universal Studios Florida™ or Universal's Islands of Adventure..
