Making a City such as Orlando environmentally friendly can take up to twenty five years to be implemented and it comes under the heading of strategic planning 

One such option is to line the roads with trees but this can create a problem with the roots disturbing the services, a far better option is to create green zone’s, the problem with this comes from the developers brought about by the fact the have to reduce the number of houses on any site

The thrust of this article is to highlight the length of time it can take having been on the receiving end of this process 

The large wind farm that I designed took me 20 years to obtain a planning permission and that was only after I secured a government permission.
