The advertisement on the TV state’s its green but fails to tell you how much-embedded energy is required in its manufacture even the electricity that the car uses cannot be guaranteed to be green unless it comes from a dedicated source, also when these large lithium batteries are disposed of, copious amount electricity is required, they would be better served to manufacture a quality product that would last a lot longer 

Yes, electric cars can reduce the pollution levels in cities like Orlando and help reduce the number of respiratory problems the hospitals are now having to face, if we switch to these types of vehicles do we start constructing more power stations. The fuel source for power stations normally come from some form of fossil fuel, added to this debate is grid loss when transmitting electricity over long distances
